Tier 3 and Tier 4 Update – Our premises will only be open for collection and drop off of takeaway packs, gift vouchers, glass and pottery firing.

Tier 2 Our set up and processes have been approved by trading standards, so we are good to go!

*We no longer operate drop-in craft sessions. The daily crafts are only available on a bookable basis. We are currently offering exclusive use of our studio for household/care bubbles for a maximum of 6 people. A booking fee has been introduced to help us cover staff costs and overheads.
*Our gift shop is open but only one person will be allowed in at a time.
*Our workshops are running at 25% capacity with a maximum of 6 people in our large workshop.
*Private tuition is available to book exclusively for household/care bubbles for a maximum of 6 people.

***All adults and children over 11yrs are required to wear a face mask or visor, as per the current guidelines.
***Please maintain social distancing throughout your time in the workshop.
***Please scan the NHS QR code to check in.
***All customers must use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the workshop.
***Contact details of all households must be provided for Track & Trace
***Work stations are positioned a minimum of 1.5metres apart. Your tutor will advise you where to sit and they will provide you with all equipment and materials needed.
***Please bring a flask/mug and your tutor will offer and make you a hot/cold drink.
***We are unable to provide aprons so please bring your own apron or art shirt if you wish.
***Please wash your hands before you leave and follow the WAY OUT signs
***All paintbrushes, sponges, tablecloths and chairs will be cleaned between bookings
***Any materials and equipment used or returned to us are quarantined for 72 hours before being cleaned and reused.
IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL PLEASE DON’T COME TO THE WORKSHOP.
If you are unable to attend a workshop booking due to having to isolate, shield, or feeling unwell please let us know as soon as possible via email, quoting your full booking details. We will aim to move your booking to a new date. If this is not possible we will issue you a credit note.
If the guidelines change and we have to cancel your booking, we will arrange to move you to a different date. If this is not possible a credit note, gift voucher or refund can be issued.
