This summer we 2 amazing mindfulness workshops for your child to come to for the day to experience some creativity, some mindfulness, some fun and meet new friends.
Our holiday projects are a great chance to learn new creative skills, how to practice mindfulness skills and we will enjoy lots of time outside in nature, thinking and looking, finding materials and enjoying the fresh air.
During this difficult time it’s never been so important to help support our little ones – and what better way to do this than promote understanding through art and creativity all with help and guidance from our creative and experienced tutor.
Select which workshop you’d like to attend by adding the qty above. Select both dates if you like and book as many places for friends and siblings. All materials are included, but you may like to bring your own ideas and inspiration with you for each project.
The day begins at 10am with a welcome and a drink.
We’ll work on the project all day with a break for lunch. Please bring a packed lunch for your child.
This class gives your child an insight into our regular Art and Mindfulness classes and the opportunity to understand their emotions and feelings. They will explore how to deal with them through reflection, creativity and sharing, tutored by an experienced teacher and qualified arts therapist.
The group is small with a maximum number of 12 in the class of 6-13yrs old children.
Parents are encouraged to leave their children while the workshop is on. Our craft studio is open next door while the workshop is running, so you are welcome to stay and enjoy some of our daily crafts yourself (this is subject to availability – please let us know at the time of booking as we will need to book you a table time slot)
What they should wear…..
We advise the children to wear some casual clothes you don’t mind them getting messy in.
Please provide an apron or art shirt for you child
