PRIVATE PERSONAL POTTERY CLASS with our amazing Artshed Potters!

This is a 2.5h one-2-one session designed to give you the opportunity to learn different pottery techniques to create unique, beautiful pottery pieces.

Our pottery classes are perfect for all levels of ability and knowledge, from beginners to advanced!
Our tutors are able to tailor your one-2-one class to teach you the skills you desire. Whether you want to learn coiling, pinch pots, slab work or appliqué, agate ware, scraffito, slip inlay, slip casting or slip trailing, we have lots of great projects to teach you.
Choose a coloured brush on glass for us to apply once it is bisque fired or you are welcome back to glaze your piece with our coloured brush on glazes or underglazes, at a time that suits you, when our drop-in crafts workshop is open – 7 days a week. Or

We will contact you when your pieces are ready to be collected.

 

CHOOSE A DATE AND TIME THAT SUITS YOU AND OUR TUTOR Please call or email us with your preferred dates or add them to the extra details section in the booking cart when you book online and we will contact you to complete the booking.

This workshop is also a great gift for someone, we can create a gift voucher for you to give, just let us know its a present and we’ll set it up for you.

What should I bring?

Everyone gets the best possible teaching experience and the chance to explore their own ideas, come along with sketch books, magazine cutting, pinterest boards to help focus your ideas from the start.

What should I wear?
Please wear old clothes that can get a bit messy, clay washes out so don’t worry too much. We will provide you with an apron and gloves if needed. If you can remove any jewellery on your hands and wrists and if possible have short nails and have your hair tied back.
