Come to Artshed Arts in summer, enjoy being taught how to throw a pot on our potter’s wheel, running every Wednesday morning throughout the summer holidays!
We allow 15 minutes for the tutor to teach you how to throw your pot, then you can have a go. Please select your time slot from the drop down menu. Price is to throw one pot.
Two people can throw at the same time as we have two wheels – just select 2 places for one time slot if you want to throw together.
Then if you’d like to stay and decorate your pot with our colourful underglazes you can do this for an additional £8, just tick the box selection above. Your table will be available for up to 1 hour after your throwing time slot to paint your pot.
This is a fantastic and memorable experience for the whole family to enjoy!
Leave your pot with us to fire in our kiln and it will be ready to collect around 3 weeks later (we will email you when it’s ready to be picked up)
All materials and equipment provided.
Please arrive 5 mins before your allocated time slot.
Please have your hair tied back and remove all jewellery from your hands and wrists.
