We are so excited to launch a new networking opportunity designed to connect crafters, creatives and entrepreneurs starting up or running a new business with others on the same journey and with businesses wanting to support them.
2024 Jan 24, Feb 28, March 27, 10am-12pm
We plan to run monthly meet-ups at Artshed Arts inspiring art centre, where creatives looking for help, advice and support in all aspects of business can chat to local companies that can offer this support.
Artshed has heaps of FREE parking directly outside the venue.
We will be showcasing guest speakers that have experience in setting up a creative business or are part of the creative process that enables your creative business to flourish, like card machine providers, till set up, accountancy, property finding, photography, social media, council support and grants, advertising and marketing, publicity, product sourcing and buying, business advice and HR (there are lots more! But you get the idea). Please get in touch if you are a local business that would like to be involved in spreading your knowledge and promoting your business.
We will also be offering hot desk studio space for creatives wanting to work on their business in our communal workshop up at Artshed, with regular fortnightly spaces available. This is a great opportunity to pick other artists brains, show them your product, work on new ideas and possibly some collaborations!
This group hopes to provide you with invaluable content, support, knowledge and community.
You will grow your business knowing you’ve made the best decisions and have the support of like minded people around you because we’ve done the research already, we want to share our successes (and our mistakes!) with you.
