Our throwing on the potter’s wheel taster sessions are suitable for beginners to get the taste for it, or if you’ve done some throwing before you can build on your existing skills.
Suitable for both adults and children, this is an experience to remember and is a great time spent with friends or family! Children aged 3-6yrs will need help from their supervising adult to work the pedal.
Two people can throw at the same time so this is a great opportunity to come along with someone else and learn a new skill together with an expert throwing tutor.
Your taster session will last approx 25mins for just £30pp, and includes tuition from a professional potter, clay, transparent glaze and firing.
Choose your preferred time slot from the drop down menu. If you’d like a longer experience on the wheel then just book two consecutive sessions.
The perfect gift for a birthday or anniversary – we can set up a gift voucher especially for this workshop if you wish.
Wear old clothes and bring your own apron, as you could get messy!
Choose to have your pots clear glazed or stay and paint your pots straight after your session with our colourful underglazes for an additional £7 per item.
We will contact you when your items are ready to be collected.
